My recent stay at Sandbourne Santa Monica, Autograph Collection was a mix of highs and lows. The hotel enjoys a fantastic location close to the beach and the pier, which made exploring easy. While the service was really good, with staff like Natasha going above and beyond, there were some hiccups with the room assignments on check-in. Overall, it was a lovely experience, but some issues with room quality and amenities slightly dampened my stay.
